This agreement governs your access to and use of the dz22 platform — including the casino, sports betting, payment services, promotions, and all related features. Please read these terms carefully before creating a dz22 account or placing any wagers.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use dz22. Only one account per person is permitted. CNIC-based identity verification is required prior to any withdrawal. False information provided during registration will result in immediate account termination.
dz22 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply. Funds must be wagered before withdrawal unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
All dz22 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution percentages. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully satisfied. Abuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any conduct that manipulates game outcomes are strictly prohibited on dz22. Violations will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
dz22 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to every player. You may activate these tools at any time via your account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Any dispute regarding bets, game outcomes, or account decisions must first be raised with dz22 customer support within 30 days of the event. dz22's internal resolution process will be completed within 14 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the dz22 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, form the complete legal agreement between the Player and dz22. By completing registration on the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.
2.2 dz22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Where amendments are material, dz22 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email.
2.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. The dz22 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dz22 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the dz22 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. dz22 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in every location from which it may be accessed.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the dz22 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of dz22, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to register as Players or participate in any promotional offers.
4.1 To access real-money gaming on dz22, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
4.2 dz22 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Player relationship, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and bank account or mobile wallet ownership confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. dz22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to dz22 support immediately.
4.4 All information provided to dz22 must be kept up to date. You may update your contact details via the Account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].
5.1 dz22 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Banking page of the Platform and are subject to change. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits prior to initiating transactions.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals from verified Accounts are typically processed within 8 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank). USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times. dz22 does not guarantee processing times in cases of system maintenance, third-party delays, or pending KYC verification.
5.4 KYC Before Withdrawal. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. dz22 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified threshold amounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
5.5 Deposits and withdrawals must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the Account suspended.
5.6 dz22 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which dz22 accepts no responsibility.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on dz22 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
6.4 dz22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to modification or withdrawal will have their existing bonus terms honoured.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.1 All sports bets placed on dz22 are subject to these general Terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Sports Betting section of the Platform. Players are responsible for reading applicable rules before placing wagers.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. dz22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after the event has commenced in error; (b) the stated odds contain a manifest error; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation; or (d) applicable wagering limits have been exceeded.
7.3 PSL & Cricket Markets. For Pakistan Super League fixtures and international cricket, settlement will be based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or DLS application, the settlement rules specified for each market type shall apply.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Connection interruptions experienced on the Player's end during live betting do not entitle the Player to void a bet that has been accepted by the dz22 system.
7.5 Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are published on the Sports Betting page and are subject to change. These limits represent the maximum winnings dz22 will pay regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.
8.1 All casino games available on dz22 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game mechanics streamed in real time. RNG systems used by dz22's software providers are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories.
8.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual gaming session. dz22 publishes RTP figures for all games transparently within each game's information panel.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance. dz22 will not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
8.4 Jackpot prizes and any exceptionally large winnings may be subject to a verification period of up to 72 hours prior to release, during which dz22 may conduct additional account security and KYC checks.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dz22 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances (real-money and bonus), and may be subject to civil or criminal action where appropriate:
10.1 dz22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) Prohibited Conduct is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; (c) the Account is subject to a chargeback dispute; or (d) dz22 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.
10.2 Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, dz22 reserves the right to withhold any and all balances pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter reported to relevant Pakistani or international authorities.
10.3 Players may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Where a Player requests Account closure in connection with problem gambling, dz22 will treat this as a self-exclusion request and process it accordingly under the Responsible Gaming Policy. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
11.1 dz22 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, available immediately via the Account dashboard at no cost:
11.2 dz22 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where patterns of play suggest potential problem gambling behaviour, even where the Player has not self-requested such measures.

12.1 All content on the dz22 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design — is the proprietary property of dz22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering any Platform software; using dz22 branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or scraping, data-mining, or automated extraction of any content from the Platform.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dz22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 dz22 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform.
13.3 dz22 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
13.4 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. dz22 accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by a Player as a result of their own gaming decisions.
14.1 dz22 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the dz22 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
14.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have opted in.
15.1 dz22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly displayed. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file.
15.2 Your continued use of the dz22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dz22's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as dz22 making any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
16.2 Players acknowledge that they access and use the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in their country or region of residence.
17.1 Internal Process. Any dispute relating to a bet outcome, game result, Account decision, payment, or promotional offer must first be submitted to dz22 customer support within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
17.2 dz22 will acknowledge all formally submitted disputes within 2 business days and will endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time; dz22 will communicate expected timelines where resolution is likely to exceed 14 business days.
17.3 Escalation. Where a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of dz22's internal dispute resolution process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction dz22 operates.
17.4 Pending the resolution of any dispute, dz22 reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals from the relevant Account where doing so is necessary to preserve the integrity of the investigation.
